My Story

I grew up in a small beach town called Muisne in Esmeraldas, Ecuador.  I came over to the states when I was 18 as a fashion model and fell in love with beauty right then and there.  The artists that I worked with made me feel powerful and confident, which inspired me to go to cosmetology school.  I realized how a slight change in hair and makeup could make a person feel like the best version of themselves.  And since then I have wanted to work behind the scenes!  I cut and color, as well as specialize in hair extension, editorial hair styling, and makeup for photoshoots, film, tv, & bridal.  I have also worked backstage at fashion week and with celebrity clients in New York for photoshoots.  I love how this industry is so multifaceted, and I enjoy all the different aspects! I have a teenage daughter whom I love and adore. I love art in general, so sometimes as a hobby  I like to paint and listen to music.. lots of music!
